We are partnering with Langdock -
Judith Dada joins as Co-CEO
From the beginning, Langdock did things differently.
While much of the market raised enormous rounds and measured itself in noise, Lennard, Jonas and Tobi went the other way. They thought from first principles, always asking what enterprises actually needed. Then they built exactly that. They turned down the easy kind of growth for the harder kind: customers who stay, a product people love and a team people root for.
That discipline is as rare as it is courageous. It is also one of the reasons the company is where it is today, having just crossed $40m in ARR this week. Handelsblatt recently asked whether Langdock is Germany's most underestimated AI company, a question that is both fair and entirely the point.
What they are building reaches past any single model or product feature. Europe's most important transition in decades leads to one question: whether enterprises can adopt AI with confidence, on their own terms, becoming more empowered and more successful as a result.
Langdock is becoming the layer that makes that possible - the model-agnostic operating system for AI. We have watched this team beat the odds at every stage. Now we get to do it alongside them and couldn’t be more excited to partner with Langdock on what we believe will be an extraordinary journey.
What makes this even more special for us personally is Judith.
Judith will join Langdock as its Co-CEO, stepping directly onto the frontline of Europe’s AI transformation. She has been part of the company’s journey from its earliest days, co-leading Langdock’s first pre-seed investment and working closely with the founders as the business scaled.
By joining the company herself, she becomes an even stronger ally to the founders we back. She will continue with Visionaries as a Senior Partner in our next fund generation, bringing an operator’s perspective back to our founders while further strengthening our sourcing, our AI network and our thought leadership. In order to take this new role she will step down from her Managing Director position in the current fund generation.
We've known Judith through so many chapters, from the early La Famiglia days to helping shape Visionaries, and there are very few people we respect more highly professionally and personally. She is always guided by a sense of doing her life's work, and that creates the strongest outcomes, from co-leading Langdock's first pre-seed round, to building our Visionaries Cadre, to pushing us forward with Europe 2031
A next step in building an AI-native VC firm
For us at Visionaries, this is another step on our journey building a leading AI-native European VC firm. We've long held that the investors who matter are the ones with their hands inside the work and there's no sharper expression of that than a partner who goes and builds. From Lovable, Groq, n8n, Black Forest Labs, Tandem, Solve Intelligence, Parloa, Langdock to Tacto, we've been fortunate to partner with founders defining AI.
Stay tuned. Hungry Beats Big!
